Queenstown Heritage & Arts Festival September 6 2012

Poco People are honoured to have played a major role in the development of the amazing Queenstown Heritage & Arts Festival 2012: Centenary of the North Lyell Mine Disaster.

Over 120 people have witnessed the unveiling of the program in official openings in Queenstown and Hobart. And it was worth it – 55 contemporary cultural events held over 3 days; all tied to the cultural heritage of the very unique Queenstown community and the momentous North Lyell Disaster which so heavily impacted upon the region and the Australian mining industry.
