We love producing newsletters and over the last couple of years we’ve noticed many of our clients moving towards e-newsletters. The e-newsletter goalposts are constantly changing, and we’re happy to help by setting up templates that you can add your own content to – text, images, video etc. Often we populate – and even send – the first couple of e-newsletters for our clients, so that they feel comfortable with the process and so we can make any tweaks that arise when the content changes.

However the good old portable document format hasn’t lost its power. Recently we revamped a very simple PDF e-newsletter for Mental Health Carers Tasmania, for whom we also completed a total rebrand. The change from their previous design was so remarkable that they received a number of spontaneous emails from readers:

“This is an excellent newsletter, professional, and well done for pulling it together.”
“The newsletter and content looks really professional and easy to read. Well done to all.”
“Love the e-newsletter. Am feeling really proud of Mental Health Carers Tasmania.”
“I like the new layout and lots of important information. Well done!”

It’s amazing how a quick re-touch can make the same content really reach people, and lift the profile of an organisation.

Don’t forget that we offer a 20% discount for not for profit organisations, and are happy to negotiate tight (and sometimes non-existent) budgets.

These are just some of the organisations we have produced newsletters for. The majority of e-newsletters were generated using either MailChimp or Australian company Campaign Monitor. The Theatre Council of Tasmania and Tasmanian Conservation Trust newsletters also feature identities created by Poco People.
